Payment is due according to the invoice provided.
Work may not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid by their due date may result in delays, suspension of work, or cancellation of services.

Because our services involve custom writing, editorial development, strategic planning, media preparation, digital delivery, and the immediate allocation of professional resources, all payments made to City News Syndicate are non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City News Syndicate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless City News Syndicate, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from materials supplied by the client or from the client's misuse of our services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New York.
